New to Quebec after spending more than 30 years in Ontario, I retained the services of Frank, real estate agent for over 36 years to sell my house. From the moment we met, Frank made me feel important. He has demonstrated his knowledge as a real eastate agent, he is very good listenier and expresses empathy when faced with a choice to sell a property that is deat to our hearts. His photographer came to  take pictures quiclky and the pictures were of excelleent quality. I have had to deal with Lynn FrankS, assistant on several occasions and have always received the necessary support and follow-ups without having to insist. She was proactive and always available to answer any questions I had. All in all this team is extraordinary !! I listed my property and sold it in 3 days later. The most important part for me is all the support I received from Frank and his team before, fduring but especially during the signing of the deed od sale. Even at this time not always easy for the seller, and I assume for a buyer, he and his assistant were 100% available to me during me meeting with the notary in order to answer my questions and reasuure me.If ever the opportunity arises for a purchase of other sale in the future, I will certainly not hesitate to retain the services of this successful team.
